Great coverage of an important tool! Thanks for this. There is a great book, You Need A Budget, by Jesse Mecham that goes into greater detail. You, however, filled in some of the pieces that author missed. Cheers.

It's a good book. I'm not an affiliate or anything. It hits on the one thing most people don't get about budgeting and something you covered well -prioritizing where each dollar goes.
